Customer Success Specialist

As a CSR, you will help our customers get the most out of our software and become successful online!

What will you do?

  • Successfully onboard new customers onto our software. A smooth handover from the sales team to the customer success team is crucial here.
  • Support existing customers by helping them with questions or potential issues and getting them back on track.
  • Identify new features based on your customer interactions and communicate these, together with your manager, to the product team.
  • Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) and create onboarding documentation to streamline the onboarding process as much as possible.
  • Support the sales team in preparing demos and answering product-related questions.

You have:

  • Experience with or a strong interest in e-commerce software, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Affinity or interest in SMB/mid-market companies and their dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide customers through adopting new software.
  • A hands-on mentality and the drive to excel in a startup environment.
  • A natural team-player mindset, working with others toward ambitious growth goals.
