Can I use Marcando only if I already have an ERP?

No, Marcando can also be used standalone to centralize orders. However, it works best with an ERP because it can utilize all data and agreements from your ERP for maximum operational efficiency.

What's the difference between B2B and B2C?

B2C (Business to Consumer) involves sales to consumers. Products usually have a single price, sometimes with volume discounts for large orders. VAT is added, and OSS (One Stop Shop) regulations, which Marcando complies with, play a role here.

B2B (Business to Business) involves sales between businesses. Multiple pricing agreements are often possible, and VAT is less relevant because it's managed internally.

I don't have images in my ERP, what now?

No problem. Marcando works great without photos, especially in a B2B context. If you do want photos, you can upload them via the ERP or directly via Marcando.
