Connecting your front-end to an ERP has never been this easy
As an agency, you want to give your clients a great webshop, but integrating it with their ERP platform isn't always easy. Marcando's Headless API lets you connect your CMS and ERP without custom development.
Integrating via Marcando, a world of difference
When you build a webshop with Marcando, you're ahead from the very first click.
Without Marcando
You solve the puzzle yourself, again for every new project.
With Marcando
The puzzle is already solved. You build the front-end.
You build the front end, we handle the ERP integration
You build everything the customer sees, and you can rely on our ERP data. No need to lose sleep over the underlying infrastructure.

You build the front-end
Design happens in the tools you already use. Building and maintaining a connector takes time you'd rather spend on design and clients.
We keep the integration running
The integration runs on our side: hosting, backups, updates... There's no server for you to set up, and no phone ringing on your end when something goes wrong.

Checkout and customer area included
Checkout and promotions come as standard, and you can style them in your own visual identity. Support and maintenance of the integration are included.
From catalog to invoice, it's all included
Catalog
Product search, filtering, categories and variant lookup.
Stock
Real-time stock per product, straight from your ERP.
Basket
Add and validate items with your customer's prices.
Checkout
Marcando-hosted checkout, easy embedding.
Customers
Customer data, accounts and authorization.
Orders & Quotes
Place and track orders, and manage quotes.
Invoices & Receipts
Pull invoices and receipts from the ERP.
Tailored to the business customer

The right price for every customer
Customer-specific prices, volume tiers and time-limited deals are applied automatically. You don't have to work out which discount applies.
No confusion about your stock
We follow your ERP and show theoretical and available stock. Order units and temporary discounts are ready to go, without you having to recalculate anything.

More than just the webshop
Marcando covers the entire flow, so customer credit, order history and invoices are available too. That way the API covers the full purchase, from order to invoice.
Documentation your AI agent can read on its own
The entire API is documented in a way your AI assistant understands right away. Give it the docs and you'll have a working query within five minutes.

Together we lay the foundation you can build on
Behind the scenes, we help make every project a success. At the start, we discuss your plans and the license you need, so we can set up the integration. After that, you're free to build on the API, and we're always ready to support you where needed.
Day 1 - API access
You get access to the documentation and code examples, and can try out the API right away.
Day 2 to 9 - Building
You build the catalog and content pages in your own tools, directly on live ERP data.
Day 10 - First demo
You show your client a working webshop, with their own products, prices and stock.
Win more quotes, and earn along the way
Deliver the same outcome for your client at a fraction of the build and maintenance cost.

Write sharper quotes
No learning-curve buffer for an ERP you don't know yet. The integration always behaves the same way, so your estimates hold up.
More projects per year
No servers, no backups, no support requests landing on your desk. That time goes to more projects, and to the work your clients choose you for.

Recurring commission
Your client pays their subscription directly to Marcando. You earn a commission on it for as long as it runs, without having to send an invoice.

FAQs
B2C (Business to Consumer) involves sales to consumers. Products usually have a single price, sometimes with volume discounts for large orders. VAT is added, and OSS (One Stop Shop) regulations, which Marcando complies with, play a role here.
B2B (Business to Business) involves sales between businesses. Multiple pricing agreements are often possible, and VAT is less relevant because it's managed internally.
An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is software that helps to connect all the different parts of a company into one central system. This includes functions such as purchasing, inventory management, sales, finance and HR. This ensures better collaboration and overview, allowing companies to work more efficiently and save costs thanks to real-time information.
They are all somewhat overlapping terms that can mean the same or something different depending on the context.
Webshop: An online sales channel that is usually B2C-focused, such as bol.com or Amazon.
Ordering platform: An online portal for businesses (B2B) to place orders with suppliers.
Customer portal: A component of both a webshop and an ordering platform where customers manage their information, orders, and invoices.
No, Marcando can also be used standalone to centralize orders. However, it works best with an ERP because it can utilize all data and agreements from your ERP for maximum operational efficiency.
No problem. Marcando works great without photos, especially in a B2B context. If you do want photos, you can upload them via the ERP or directly via Marcando.
An average of 6 weeks, depending on various factors such as the customer's time investment (an average of 16 hours) and the correct use of the ERP. Some projects have already been completed within 1 week.
